Before you can start connecting and messaging candidates, you will need to:

- Have a customer success meeting with us and select a subscription plan
- Join a 20 minute on-boarding session

We check candidate profiles to ensure they are accurate and reflective of their true work flexibility when it comes to working abroad.
No, we differ from traditional agencies because we don't own the relationship with candidates, we also don't charge expensive placement fees. We are ultimately an online talent-matching platform. With Natrespro you can expect:

Generally speaking, candidates will be kept active on the platform as long as they are still looking for employment or project-based work.
We do periodically check candidate activity levels in order to determine whether to keep their profile active or not.
Candidates may also control whether they are promoted, we actively encourage them to keep their profiles up to date and to de-activate as and when they find suitable employment.
The first contact with the candidate needs to be via direct messaging on the Natrespro platform, after all, you are more likely to receive a response through the platform and keep the candidate happy. The candidate will be notified of any unread direct messages by means of a separate email to their registered account, minimising the likelihood of a delayed response.
Usually, the candidate will provide interview/screening times for initial conversations to take place between you and the candidate. After that, the candidate will continue to go through your normal recruiting process. If you need any support, please contact your account manager.
All mid-senior candidates will have a background working in the upstream energy sector or within an industry that shares common skill sets. We target candidates from across the world, however, we target countries that traditionally have a strong, technical workforce with experience working in the upstream energy sector. This includes but is not limited to:

- Rest-of-world (for niche or specific work interests)
